Demo 1: Automated B-Roll Logging System
A workflow automation tool that converts Premiere Pro XML exports
into structured B-roll logs. By uploading a timeline XML,
the system automatically generates a spreadsheet with clip sources,
descriptions, and timecodes, eliminating a fully manual logging
process required for legal review and publishing.
I collaborated with an internal developer to design the workflow, define requirements, and ensure the output aligned with real production needs.
Demo 2: Screener Replacement Plugin (Premiere Pro)
A custom tool that batch replaces screener clips within a
Premiere Pro timeline, removing the need for manual relinking
and replacement. This significantly reduces turnaround
time and minimizes human error in the final stages of
production.
Built to solve a recurring bottleneck in post-production, this tool streamlines a process that would otherwise require tedious, clip-by-clip updates.
